Nursing Home Ministry

The Eucharist is the source and the summit of every Catholic’s life of faith. Many of our elderly or ill parishioners are unable to join us at Mass on the weekends. We, as a community of faith, are obliged to meet the spiritual needs of the faithful. We, as lay persons, can help our clergy in this ministry by bringing communion and praying with those in residential care.
