Adoration

Adoration or Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament is a sacred form of worship and prayer. 

In the Eucharist, "the body and blood, together with the soul and divinity, of our Lord Jesus Christ and, therefore, the whole Christ is truly, really, and substantially contained." (CCC 1374) 
 
The Eucharist is the most visible form of love that God has given us. In spending time with Christ during adoration, we are able to witness his love.
